Draft 1 of the Interior Design Package commences. Depending on the scope agreed upon, this can include;

The planning to date is documented and collated into a package to present to your builder.
Detailed document specifying all materials & finishes selections
The specification schedule, including supplier and pricing details
Finalisation of the Interior Design Package. Final review of documentation between all parties
Review of the Architect's working drawings to ensure consistency across documents

The Interior Design Package is now complete. You are ready to proceed with the builder tendering process. You may decide to do this yourself or engage Picchio Interiors during this process.
